    Submit institutional request

    Provide your entity name, regulator licence class, and technical contact.

    Receive sandbox license key

    A scoped, revocable key is issued for the isolated STIN Stage-1 environment.

    Emit your first telemetry packet

    Send non-PII metadata envelopes from your existing core — no database relocation.

    Validate signed webhooks

    Confirm acknowledgement callbacks and replay handling against your listener.

    Review the assurance report

    We return a sandbox conformance summary you can present to your regulator.
